Human Resources Manager
With significant experience in the private, charity and public sectors, I have developed a solid foundation in HR practice. Having recently worked in a mainstream academy, I am keen to use my knowledge of HR policies, processes and procedures to assist CLP develop its HR strategy and the day to day running of its HR function.
I enjoy supporting people in the workplace. I am an advocate for developing people initiatives that add value to an organisation’s equality and diversity, absence management, employee relations and workforce development. I am passionate about leading people and projects, relating, in particular, to information technology in HR, organisational development and staff engagement. It is important that recruitment and selection alongside talent management are closely aligned with the safeguarding of children in schools.
Prior to working in HR, I had a number of roles in the civil service and education sector.
