I am an experienced coach and English specialist with a Masters Degree in Teaching & Learning. I have a wealth of experience working in a range of settings including mainstream schools, alternative provision and SEND settings. I also have experience working in social care, delivering training and supporting colleagues to ensure that vulnerable children achieve the best possible outcomes in education. 

As the CPD Lead at Woodfield and Lead at the teaching school, I am passionate about developing staff so that they can have a positive impact on student outcomes. I have been part of the process of designing and delivering on our internal and external CPD programmes. My aims are to provide a high quality CPD programme, offer effective school to school support and ITT in order to upskill the workforce to meet the needs of all pupils, particularly those with SEND.
